Research Examples

  • 300 person, $300k, 90 day path-to-purchase study with qualitative journaling and quantitative studies. Goal was to better understand the non-linear vehicle purchase journey.

  • 30 person, $45k forum & video journaling study detailing the friction-points and moments of excitement in the auto customer experience process

Brand Tracking

I’ve leveraged brand tracking to guide message strategies, guide product attribute prioritization and monitor longterm progress. I have experience leveraging and deploying these tools from set up to insight curation

Product Research

I’ve collaborated with client teams to set up testing discussion guides and facilitate ethnographic research in order to understand product and lifestyle trends.

  • Led 10+ ethnographic interviews with new product users for new auto e-commerce product. Received input on UX/UI functionality by analyzing benefits & barriers.
